Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Sugar Bliss aim to have orders shipped out in 5 -7 business days depending on the load of orders and stock control. We ship to all over Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We ship our orders with Australia Post which can take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
What is your refund policy?
Please inspect your order once it is received and contact us immediately is the item faulty, defective, damaged or you have received the wrong order.
Refunds are only given if the order has incorrect products and if orders are damaged or broken (this does not include melted products). A photo image must be supplied to confirm the order before a refund is issued.
Customers have a grace period of 5 days once they have received their order (via Aus Post Tracking) to contact us with any issues. If you contact us after the grace period you will not be eligible for any refunds or compensation. Once we have received the correct evidence in the correct time frame, we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund/compensation and will let you know if this has been approved. If an order is returned to sender due to an error in your postal address, you will need to pay the postage fee again in order to have your package re-shipped to the correct address. You will not be eligible for a refund if this happens.
Currently with delays in postage it is out of our hands if a order has been sitting in a heated area for a prolonged amount of time. Please be aware of this when ordering from ‘Hot’ destinations. We now ship all our orders in shipping boxes as to allow for safer shipping of your goods.
